The purpose of this paper is as a reference model of core curriculum management services with the instructional authentic model. core curriculums are one of the most important services to be delivered to today's students. core curriculums aim to optimize the potential of today's students. Optimization of student potential can be realized if service, implementation and service evaluation can be done by school counselor optimally. This is closely related to management, which in general management is the ability to manage things to achieve certain goals. From this, the core curriculum which as part of the education needs to be resolved or has good management. Obviously, manage core curriculum need to attend to appropriate model and development of students. In core curriculum, Management model authentic instructional model. This model is a pedagogical approach which puts in the context of the future. From this model, the core curriculums provided to students oriented toward students and up to date. This will help school counselors continue to innovate and develop core curriculums applied to students. It is hoped that through this model, school counselors can plan and develop and become an evaluation material for themselves in developing a core curriculum

    Modeling Adaptation with Klaim

In recent years, it has been argued that systems and applications, in order to deal with their increasing complexity, should be able to adapt their behavior according to new requirements or environment conditions. In this paper, we present an investigation aiming at studying how coordination languages and formal methods can contribute to a better understanding, implementation and use of the mechanisms and techniques for adaptation currently proposed in the literature. Our study relies on the formal coordination language Klaim as a common framework for modeling some well-known adaptation techniques: the IBM MAPE-K loop, the Accord component-based framework for architectural adaptation, and the aspect- and context-oriented programming paradigms. We illustrate our approach through a simple example concerning a data repository equipped with an automated cache mechanism

PhiSiGns: an online tool to identify signature genes in phages and design PCR primers for examining phage diversity

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>Phages (viruses that infect bacteria) have gained significant attention because of their abundance, diversity and important ecological roles. However, the lack of a universal gene shared by all phages presents a challenge for phage identification and characterization, especially in environmental samples where it is difficult to culture phage-host systems. Homologous conserved genes (or "signature genes") present in groups of closely-related phages can be used to explore phage diversity and define evolutionary relationships amongst these phages. Bioinformatic approaches are needed to identify candidate signature genes and design PCR primers to amplify those genes from environmental samples; however, there is currently no existing computational tool that biologists can use for this purpose.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>Here we present PhiSiGns, a web-based and standalone application that performs a pairwise comparison of each gene present in user-selected phage genomes, identifies signature genes, generates alignments of these genes, and designs potential PCR primer pairs. PhiSiGns is available at (<url>http://www.phantome.org/phisigns/</url>; <url>http://phisigns.sourceforge.net/</url>) with a link to the source code. Here we describe the specifications of PhiSiGns and demonstrate its application with a case study.</p> <p>Conclusions</p> <p>PhiSiGns provides phage biologists with a user-friendly tool to identify signature genes and design PCR primers to amplify related genes from uncultured phages in environmental samples. This bioinformatics tool will facilitate the development of novel signature genes for use as molecular markers in studies of phage diversity, phylogeny, and evolution.</p

The purpose of this paper is to discuss strategy guidance and counseling comprehensive based on spiritual intelligence for students in the digital age. Guidance and counseling comprehensive is part of education, which is also a model of guidance and counseling that adheres to the principle of developmental guidance and counseling. The basic assumption of the Guidance and development counseling approach is the idea that healthy individual development will occur in the healthy interactions of individuals with their environment. In other words, the environment for individuals becomes a learning environment, because there are various intelligences that need to be considered in the process of individual development and spiritual intelligence is one aspect of individual development that needs attention. Spiritual intelligence is the highest form of intelligence that combines the two previous forms of intelligence, namely intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is considered as the highest intelligence because it is closely related to people's awareness to be able to interpret everything and is a way to be able to feel happiness. Especially in the digital era, the era illustrates that the technological revolution phase has changed the way and human behavior in scale, scope, complexity, and transformation from previous life experiences, requires that every individual must have good spiritual intelligence, so that they can face the development of the digital era this dynamic well
